Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my style as a therapist. My name is Jessica Marge and I am the owner of Anchored Counseling and Wellness.
I am passionate about working with individuals, families, couples, children and adolescents. There are times when we all need someone to listen, to help us work through past issues, to help us heal from trauma, to help clarify our goals or to guide us to feel better and live a healthier life. I would sincerely like to speak with you and learn how I can help and empower you to improve your quality of life.
I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. My goal as a therapist is to create a partnership with each client and work to achieve the goals that they have set for themselves. My therapeutic style is heavily based on respect, a client's right to self-determination, and the belief that each individual has the ability to grow, change and achieve their highest potential. As a therapist, I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based, solution focused and cognitive behavioral style. I strive to make therapy a comfortable atmosphere, free from all judgments where clients can express themselves freely.
My specialties include anxiety, depression, managing life and work stress, pregnancy, postpartum and fertility struggles, grief and loss, navigating major life changes, low self-esteem, health issues, trauma, communication issues, childhood disorders including ADHD, Autism/Asperger's, and behavior problems.

Jennifer Collins, LCSW
My name is Jennifer Collins and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years experience in the child welfare field. My clinical expertise is in child and adolescent mental health and trauma. I am passionate about working with children experiencing behavioral concerns, ADHD, anxiety, depression, school concerns, abuse/ neglect, trauma and family issues. I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral techniques, behavior management and positive parenting to assist children and families.
I am also certified in Triple P Parenting and work with parents to help them learn to manage their child's difficult behavior. Triple P is a parenting and family support system designed to prevent ,as well as treat behavioral and emotional problems in children and teenagers. It aims to prevent problems in the family, school and community before they arise and to create family environments that encourage children to realize their potential. These sessions range from 4 to 10 sessions and are in depth and require full cooperation from parents.
